Tracy Ivie to Give Two Sleep Workshops
"10 Tips for a Great
Night’s Sleep"
On Sunday, March 13, the United States will lose an hour of sleep to daylight
saving time. The afternoon before, author Tracy Ecclesine Ivie plans to help people
regain that lost hour of sleep -- and many more -- in her “10 Tips for a Great
Night’s Sleep” workshop at the Hunterdon County Library.
Ivie is author of the new book, Why Count Sheep When You Can SLEEP? based
on her marriage to one of the world’s loudest snorers for over 29 years. The
book is designed to be read in bed and is filled with hundreds of proven sleep
solutions from medical experts and ordinary people around the world. It also includes“The Boring Book” chapter, a unique collection of run-on sentences and
monotonous phrases to numb the most hyperactive minds. |
